TROPICAL PUNCH // BEAUTY LOOK
Tropical Punch anyone? It's the first thing that came into my mind when I had to choose a name for this look. Many of you have already seen this on my INSTAGRAM if not click and go Follow me ! Today I woke up wanting to experiment with colour as I just wanted a day where I could just play around and turn colours into a fun and summery look.
Most shades are from various palettes, mixing corals with turquoises and browns with a hint of black to give it a light smokey effect.
Face: I started off highlighting the face so i used a very light foundation on the top of the cheeks, forehead and chin. Contouring I wanted to try cream and since I have an Eva Garden Cream Foundation Palette I said i'll try this and mix everything together and I was amazed with the outcome. Blusher was 3 pinks from the eBay 10 Blush Palette that I reviewed a couple days ago.
Eyes: Prime the eyes, then I started off with a base matte colour following by a light champagne colour. Coral in the crease and yellow in the inner tear duct. Adding some colour under the eye with a matte turquoise which in my opinion made this look POP ! Lastly, finish the look off by blending the colours with some brown in the outer corner. Black Eyeliner is next of course then I actually used some matte Black eyeshadow just to smudge it out and blend the colours together. Lined the eyes with a white eyeliner and then mascara!
Lips: The last step of every look and this can change depending on what kind of look you want to go for. I went for a pinky-nude colour but I could of easily went for a coral lip or even a beige-nude lip. It really depends on what you like and what you are comfortable with. Two years ago I would of gone with a beige-nude nowadays every beige-nude lip I have looks weird on me and makes me look like a dead corpse!

ORANGE LIPS // TREND ALERT
Pair Orange Lips with a Winged Black Eyeliner and you are good to go!
The thing with Orange is that it is bright and striking. You can tone it up or down it is as bold as a Red Lip. It might not suit everyone and looks different with every skin tone and person.
If you don't like the opaque Orange Lipstick why not try a coral lip or even a orange Lipgloss instead as it will be toned down and still perfect for this summer.

MAKE UP STORE PRETTY BABY LIPSTICK
MAKE UP STORE - PRETTY BABY €13.50
Make Up Store is a newly opened store here in Malta and this lipstick was one of the items I had picked up from there. It's texture is Matte but not too drying if you wear a balm underneath. The color reminds me of a pale pink with a small hint of peach, I think once i get a darker tan this would look much better than with a pale face in my opinion. The Packaging is very sleek and sturdy. They aren't too creamy so the lipsticks don't fall to one side or melt in the hot weather.
Price wise they are in the High End Section. I purchased mine for about €11 as I have a VIP Discount card so I do feel they are still affordable price wise.
I paired this up with a pink blush from the Ebay 10 Palette and with a winged eyeliner.
